Milldenhall Renovation

Mount Pleasant

Our clients purchased this house in Mt. Pleasant’s Point Pleasant neighborhood with the intention of completing a major renovation including additional square footage to be added. Originally built in 1982, the clients wanted modern, bright interiors, with upscale finishes that capitalized on the water views.

Architect:

Leslie Norton Design

Project Challenges:

Seamlessly Incorporating the new construction addition with the existing home and saving the 1st floor. The plans for this renovation included adding on to all sides of this home, including the roof.
